Everything you need to know to get started
Simple! You only pay for active tenants in your system. On Basic, it's β±49 per active tenant OR β±399 flat (whichever is lower). On Premium, it's β±39 per active tenant OR β±799 flat. For example, if you have 8 active tenants on Basic, you pay β±392 (8 Γ β±49), not β±399. Your vacant units cost you nothing!
You don't pay for them! We only count tenants marked as 'active' in your system. If you have 10 properties but only 6 have tenants, you only pay for those 6 active tenants. This makes our pricing perfect for Filipino landlords with fluctuating occupancy.
You get a 7-day grace period! After a tenant moves out, you won't be charged for 7 days. This gives you time to find a replacement without extra costs. Just mark them as inactive in the system.
Free plan: Perfect if you have 5 or fewer active tenants and up to 3 properties. Basic: Great for 6-15 active tenants with up to 10 properties (β±49/tenant or β±399 max). Includes GCash integration and SMS notifications. Premium: Best for 16-30 active tenants with up to 20 properties (β±39/tenant or β±799 max). Includes analytics reports and dedicated support. Enterprise: For 30+ tenants or unlimited properties with custom branding and API access. You can always upgrade or downgrade as your business changes!
