If something goes wrong between a landlord and a tenant — like unpaid rent, damage to a property, or a disagreement — that is between the two of you. MyRentals is just the app you use to record things. We are not responsible for what happens between landlords and tenants.
We save the information you give us so the app can work properly. We will never sell your personal information to other companies. If you agree (optional), we may use combined and anonymous information — like general rent trends or payment patterns — to create reports for other companies such as insurance providers. We may change these rules sometimes. If you keep using the app after the rules change, it means you are okay with the new rules. We will let you know about big changes through email or a notice inside the app.
