MyRentals.Ph is built for Filipino landlords who want to manage their properties clearly, communicate with tenants fairly, and run their rentals with a clean conscience.

Mission

Make property management simple and fair — for everyone.

We built this for the small landlord. The OFW who owns one condo unit back home. The family renting out a few rooms. The person juggling a day job and three tenants who just needs to know who paid and who hasn't.

Our job is to give you the tools to manage your property without the confusion, the manual spreadsheets, and the awkward "did you pay na?" conversations. And to make sure your tenants are treated with the same clarity and respect you'd want if you were renting yourself.

Vision

A rental industry in the Philippines built on trust, not confusion.

Right now, too many rental relationships fall apart because of unclear billing, missed reminders, or no paper trail. Tenants feel blindsided. Landlords feel disrespected. It doesn't have to be that way.
