We Are Out of Beta

MyRentals.ph is now available. Not an early-access list, not an invite code, not a private preview — the product is open, and anyone with a rental property in the Philippines can sign up today and start using it this afternoon. We spent the beta doing the unglamorous work: fixing the bill splits that did not add up, making the reminders stop nagging about things you had already done, and rebuilding the billing screens around how landlords actually work through a month rather than how a developer imagined it.

What Changes

Honestly, very little for you — and that is the point. The word beta is gone from the site because it is no longer true, not because we flipped a switch and became a different product overnight. What it signals is a commitment: the features you rely on are staying, the screens you have learned are not going to be rearranged underneath you, and a change that affects how your money is calculated gets written up on our What's New page before you have to discover it yourself.

What Stays Exactly the Same

Your account, your properties, your tenants and your history are untouched. The Free plan is still free — up to 5 active tenants and 3 properties, no credit card, no expiry date, and no trial period that quietly ends and asks for your card. You only ever pay if you grow past those limits and choose to, and you only pay for tenants who are actually active. A vacant unit costs you nothing.

What You Can Do Today

Collect rent and record payments, split a shared Meralco or water bill across units without a calculator, generate every tenant's monthly invoice in one pass, track expenses against each property, store contracts and get them signed, and send reminders before rent is due instead of a week after. If you signed up during the beta: thank you. Every confusing screen you told us about, every bug you bothered to report, and every "why does it do that?" message shaped what is live today.
